The table below indicates the domains of practice for a restricted registration available to residents by service and site. Please indicate the domain of practice for which you are seeking a restricted registration. Please ensure that you have the level of experience required for the type of service and type of location you will be providing service, and that the level of supervision will be required.

Child & Adolescent Psychiatry (6 months).And 6 months of trainig in either Consultation Liaison Psychiatry (3 months), Geriatric Psychiatry (3 - 6 months) or Rehab.Psychiatry (6 months) During residency >=4/5 must attend a minimum of 75% of all Academic Day activities; must pass Psychotherapy Requirements for PGY2 and 3 years; have fulfilled expected on call duties for adult and child and adolescent psychiatry; pass their PGY3 annual oral exam 70% Low
