The table below indicates the domains of practice for a restricted registration available to residents by service and site. Please indicate the domain of practice for which you are seeking a restricted registration. Please ensure that you have the level of experience required for the type of service and type of location you will be providing service, and that the level of supervision will be required.

Teaching Hospital-Tertiary (Children's Hosp of Eastern Ontario/The Ottawa Hospital) 3 (min) Minimum of 2 years of training in the Univ. of Ottawa Pediatric Training Program. This must include 2 months of PICU and 3 months of NICU. Also should have completed 2 night float blocks. Residents should have a valid certificate in PALS and NRP. Wards, NICU and PICU Within 1 year of application. >=4/5 Moderate
