The table below indicates the domains of practice for a restricted registration available to residents by service and site. Please indicate the domain of practice for which you are seeking a restricted registration. Please ensure that you have the level of experience required for the type of service and type of location you will be providing service, and that the level of supervision will be required.

*The residents must be in good standing with the program, and this includes submission of procedure log, and a research progress. The residents should have passed, in good standing, MCQ and OSCE exams. The resident will have to be in good standing with regards to professionalism with the program.
