Please indicate the domain of practice for which you are seeking a restricted registration. Please ensure that you have the level of experience required for the type of service and type of location you will be providing service, and that the level of supervision will be required.

Individual counselling/pscyhotherapy in ambulatory/outpatient psychiatry settings-non teaching tertiary settings. 4 & 5 PGY2 Year; >12 months of supervised long-term psychodynamic psychotherapy (1 case) plus 12 months of CBT supervision (2 cases) During residency >=4/5 incuding psychtherapy grading learning objectives Low
