Residents must have completed successfully two years of training in the McMaster Pediatric Residency Program, this must include two months of PCCU and two months of NICU. They should also have completed four block of float call, 2 in PCCU and two as SPR. Residents should have a valid certificate in PALS and NRP. |

*The residents must be in good standing with the program, and this includes submission of procedure log, MGLA points, and a research progress. The residents in-training evaluation score should be above the average for their year. The residents MCQ, SAQ and OSCE scores should be above average compared to their year. The resident will have to be in good standing with regards to professionalism with the program.
